  • Review blue prints and design plans for new build or renovations.

  • Prepare floor plans (space planning, furniture layouts, and elevation drawings), preliminary selections of interior and / or exterior finishes, furniture (upholstery, case goods, & custom furniture) & window coverings (blinds and custom drapery) selections as per design needs.

  • Meet with you to review preliminary plans, finishes and budgets as per design & selections.

  • Make any revisions as per your request.

  • Upon confirmation of plans and proposal for goods and installation services; proceed with ordering goods and services.

  • Site visits to confirm work is being completed as per specifications.
